Problem here is that Sophia's not in development anymore, so any remarks from Serana are entirely one-sided. I'm fairly sure, if that wasn't the case, Sophia could actually make such a comeback, that Serana would instantly shut the fuck up and limp away with tail between her legs. Sophia's personality and interactions with vanilla NPC's (especially things she says to Nazeem, oh boy!) make it entirely plausible. Alas, we get what we get.

Thank the Divines!! Give me a Woman, not a prepubescent Girl who acts 13.  At least Serana Dialog Add-on expands the world of Herself to a better point of understanding.

For me anyway, I mean how damaged are you that you even go along with the "Training" with her parents prior to being a sacrifice to a Daedric Prince!!

Most of the Female follower mods are written, and made for teenage boys, not adult men, from the voice to the animations and looks. The best I have found so far come from this person, I especially love Vayne, but all the mod pack replacers are good.

Weil es uns die Illusion gibt jünger zu sein (als wir sind) - auch wenn ich oft versuche meinen Spieler-Char Ü35 aussehen zu lassen.

 

ausserdem hat noch niemand die Frage nach dem tatsächlichen "biologischen" Alter von Serana beantworten können - zumal sich das in 3 Etappen aufgliedert

- ab ihrer (natürlichen) Geburt als Mensch bis zum Kalthafen-Ritual

- ab vollzogenem Ritual bis zur Einschlissung in den Sarg

- ab der Einschlissung bis zur Befreiung

 

was die Sache noch komplizierter macht -> war sie bereits VOR dem Kalthafen-Ritual ein Vampire

eine ihrer Aussagen deutet daraufhin:

"meine Eltern (und ich) waren treue Anhänger von MolagBal" - das sind in der Regel die Vampire

sie sagt das in Bezug auf die Zeit VOR dem Ritual

 

sie kann letztlich sogar 100 Jahre oder sogar deulich mehr an "Lebenszeit" haben - ist aber durch die "Unsterblichkeit" des Vampire äusserlich jung aussehend geblieben

 

darum kann das hübsche Waifu-Aussehen auch schnell in die Irre führen

Because it gives us the illusion of being younger (than we are) - even though I often try to make my player character look Ü35.

- from their (natural) birth as a human to the coldharbour ritual

- from the completed ritual to being locked in the coffin

- from encirclement to liberation

complicating matters -> was she already a vampire BEFORE the coldharbour ritual

one of their statements suggests that:

"my parents (and I) were loyal followers of MolagBal" - these are usually the vampires

she says this in reference to the time BEFORE the ritual

she can ultimately even have 100 years or even significantly more "lifetime" - but has remained outwardly young-looking due to the "immortality" of the vampire

that's why the pretty waifu look can quickly lead astray

One of the problems I've noticed is that of the very VERY few female follower mods (horny or not) modders make which have half-decent (i.e. not immediately cringe-inducing) dialogue and interactions, not one of those bothered to source a voice actor who didn't sound like they were still in their teens. 

 

There's a LOT of bad female followers out there. A lot of bad male followers too. But at least some of the men don't sound like they're skipping class in high school.

I recently downloaded Vayne by coldsun1187 on Nexus and while her voice is smooth and sexy her dialog is very teen. I too am older at 63, I cannot stand these teenybop voices or dialog. It is a shame that so many are oriented this direction, and do not get me started on too much anal/facial oriented sex scenes, pure fantasy in my estimation.   It seems as though the average Mod maker thinks we are all teens with a penchant for the prepubescent girl while having unreal fantasies to fuel our dimwitted minds. Not me, give me a mature, confident, sexy woman. I do not care what color she is as long as those parameters are met, I will be happy.

Ivy....I have said it here on LL before, Ivy is a Good Mod, but.............She is a Tease, more teenybop shit.  She asks for but doesn't initiate sex, she tells the most provacative stories but doesn't initiate sex, She tells of John's who didn't pay but she doesn't initiate sex, I could go on. I do not want her to constantly have sex with my PC, but occasionally it would be nice. Why do these follower mods not have a way for the follower to ask for sex like Sexica? She ask for sex time, Ivy just pisses me off! 35+ hours to finish, all the stories and jobs, 100 affinity(I think) and no sex.

Well, I was 30 30 years ago and had already gambled on the "bread box" (C-64) for 5 years...

The problem is that today (the majority) of journalists write about topics of which they themselves have absolutely NO idea - even in "science programs" on public radio things are sold to me as brand new that I used 25-30 years ago in professional practice (e.g. "heat pumps").

Ultimately, the reports about the apparent age of gamblers are no exception...

..and reports that research the actual age of the computer gamers are completely lost.

And so the big software stalls base their decisions - what kind of target group they are targeting - on media reports from the "stupid" press...

..which then pick up again the mod authors.
