Where is this part of mesh located? (Neck color mystery)

ScreenShot10.png.959a626267cc840da5bef9169a9a2ae6.pngI've been looking for this part of the mesh so that I can get properly recolor it for lighter skin shades, or texture it all together.
Upon me studying this, it's definitely not linked to that actual texture itself, as this part of whatever texture this is doesn't show up on the face part UV map.
I did further searching and found it isn't connected to the body either.
So where is it coming from?

Did you check the body & hair meshes? My guess is that's a part of the hair

Good lead, But yes I made sure to check the body.
Surprisingly I didn't go through with checking the hair mesh at first
But I finally checked now and still to no avail >w<

Does anyone know if this part of the neck is actually changeable?
I have a theory that the ArchiveInvalidation doesn't cover this particular .NIF

Quite a few skin texture mods include the head rear parts. It's important to match it to the body and face, so yes, it's changeable :)

Ugh, lmao I've been dealing with this for days and I ended up FINALLY fixing my issue lol
Hopefully this will help someone else in the future
The problem was with the skin override mods. Turn it off and reload character, the neck will be invisible.
Save the preset of your character, open console, type player.sexchange, and then do it again and then load preset that was saved.
Then you have your character's head rear and proper color back.
