Color me intrigued. there used to be a content creator called synthiraRU, i think he is retired, cannot confirm. He had marvel packs, dc, naruto, bleach. Double checked and it was indeed a mrrakkon post, my bad. 16 hours ago, TriggerBlade said: Also those dances don't play in game. They're activated through the animation mod that people use for screenshots or short videos, not actual gameplay. ? 16 hours ago, TriggerBlade said: I CAN add a section of my favorite WW animators though. ? When the game loads it, I get a message saying that 40+ objects were deleted and 2 replaced. It's most noticeable in the classroom (or where it supposed to be) since the tables are missing, and the room next to it (dunno what it is). That's odd, considering I'm runnig the latest game version with all addons and packs available ATM. Besides, I had no such issue with 0.2 studio lot. I also double checked the mod versions I'm using, they are up-to-date. Anyone knows what might be the issue? Or maybe I'm not the only one who has it? Could someone with no such issue please save the lot and send me its tray files? I'll place it manually to check if it's save or game related. I have the same problem, i downloaded both torrents and i have all packs. Also i got missing items at Lauren Tan apartament.

ChipyChops Posted October 25, 2023 Posted October 25, 2023 In the 503 club there's a plank of wood where the DJ should stand, is this supposed to be a no DJ club? Don't think the gate opens because of the standing light but I could be wrong. And TY for the latest save!! 1

There seems to be a confict between BD and some script mod, but I have not managed to find the source of the problem yet. And this is not the case with the Vanilla Game + BD only, so BD isn't to blame. As you might know the latest version of BD has new features like tobacco growing and moonshine brewing, but for some reason I can't sell moonshine to bar tender or gang member (the action just does not appear in the pie menu) and can't smoke homemade tobacco, although I have rolling paper in my sim inventory. If someone knows which mod might cause conflict please let me know.

I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work for me and that was it. Then, I facepalmed myself because it should have been obvious. As for selling moonshine, I have seen other people report about that on Basemental's Discord server. That would be the best place for you to get further help. 1
Chernodrev Posted October 26, 2023 Posted October 26, 2023 With this save the Sims 4 now takes 5 minutes to load, what's the problem?

На самом деле 5 минут — это не так уж и много, на моем оборудовании это около 10-13. Спасибо, обязательно попробую. This is terrible, I use an NVME SSD from Samsung, no game on my PC took so long to launch I scanned the "Mods" folder and found 900+ files of conflicting mods and 600+ files of duplicate mods there, deleting them all The Sims 4 did not start faster I think the problem here is not the number of mods, I would like to see a response from the creator of the save, since I really liked it, but I don’t want to wait that long to enjoy the game

If you want vanilla load times you have to play vanilla. 1

It takes me 1 hour to start the game but I still have 110GB of mods on an M.2 SSD. 5 minutes just for the 45GB of mods for the save is super fast for me and no waiting.

This is why I put optional and suggested mod sections. It will be a long load time for the first load up because it's adjusting for missing content but as long as you followed instructions and deleted your localthumbcache.package then it should be far faster when loading up in the future. Unless you have a crappy rig and can't handle all the premade sims in the save. Because there's a lot of them. Edited October 26, 2023 by TriggerBlade

Если вам нужно ванильное время загрузки, вам придется играть в ваниль. Loading time does not depend on the number of mods. Removing a significant part of them did not speed up the download. The Sims 4 is simply not responding while loading, and I'm not the only one experiencing this problem based on other posts. When the game does start, I am greeted by a banner, closing which Sims 4 again does not respond for some time, although in the upper right corner you can see that the mods have loaded successfully

If you completely disable or remove them you're load times are drastically faster. Unless you're pc is a potato then more RAM and an SSD will speed things up some. The bigger the folder the heavier the load is on your machine and game. If you don't believe me go ask the sims team. Edited October 27, 2023 by BadxKarma

Go upgrade your RAM then you'll see load time improvements. And please do not return comment stating you have the top of the line DDR5 from whatever manufacturer because your Task Manager shot shows that you clearly do not. Also that pop-up was known to cause the game to freeze up after clicking the X but it would unfreeze after a few seconds.
asdurgico Posted October 27, 2023 Posted October 27, 2023 So i reinstalled the game, checked that all dlc were working, put in the mods folder only 0.2 and 0.3 torrent + all required mods, still got lots of missing items in the Awe studio lot, lauren tan home, and i also noticed a couple of missing clothes when i checked some sims. Does anybody else has this problem or it's just me and lolipopex? I'll play the save regardless because i really like it but i still hope there is some solution to this problem.
WildChase Posted October 27, 2023 Posted October 27, 2023 (edited) Apologies if this sounds like I'm giving a YouTube Review in advance. What to say about the .03 world save? To date I've only had ONE CC or mod that caused issue (sorry for the late night screed @GhostJ27F) and that was w/ my immersion ,one removal of a pesky reskin and problem solved. Otherwise, the world save has been fine for me so far. I do have a question/criticism about a particular story choice for one of the characters but, that can be answered in DMs and isn't something I could not change to taste in my own game if the answer doesn't satisfy. Don't get me wrong .03 like it's predecessors, is a lot of a lot and is still nothing short of ambitious. So, your mileage may vary on if you want to take it on. But, the quality and attention to detail still shines and seems to improve despite each challenge both EA updates and even the Modding community gives @TriggerBlade and their team. There's been a bit of grief lately about load times but, I've had all the bells and whistles save the tweaks and fluff and although I had to turn the Mods Installed Auto Pop Up off do to EA's Banners causing freezes as it attempts to read those mods being loaded. That appears to be a known issue on EAs part that's been going on since they announced their Merch Shop. I've had no issue since making that setting change. Large Mods folders will tank load times regardless mind. So, overall even if your PC rig is just a few root vegetables above a potato like mine is. I highly recommend at least giving it a try. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?? Edited October 27, 2023 by WildChase clarity, punctuation 2

But even with mods it takes only a couple of minutes anyway and doesn't bother me much. On my laptop with an old i5, integrated graphics and 8gb of ram, vanilla runs fine but if i try to load this save + all the mods loading times becomes ridicolous, not just loading the game but also loading lots/households. I gave up trying to play the sims on my laptop because i just can't play without mods. Edited October 27, 2023 by asdurgico
