Popup problem. HELP PLS!!

Recently one of my friends sent me a picture. The picture was a screenshot oh their sims 4 game where another sim asked for sex with a pick up line. They said that they have had this feature all the time but mine seems to not work.

this and more are the popups they get. It seems like i dont have them but i'd really like to. 

can someone help??

Both are the newest, i just uptated the base game and ww.

I have the newest version, and this type of conversations pops up every now and then. Not all the time though, mind you. Turbodriver added it two or three updates ago.

i figured it might have been because i wounlt delete my older ww version, just replaced it (winrar does that, it asks if they should replace things). i finally deleted the one i have in my mods folder and downloaded the newest one again. I'll see if it works tomorrow. really hoping it does because ive never in the time i've had ww had these sorts of pop ups.
