This is a clone of MYOBIs (ephiny-asunder / SM Sims) underwear as tights or hat so you can apply a custom lower body to your sim. So the lower body will likely not match what you see on the thumbnail. Undressing this CAS part will no longer change the lower body unless you selected a different one for nude. Due to the TS4 mosaic it's hard to notice anyway.
The 'Hat' package is an optional add-on and not a standalone one. If your sim wants to wear tights you better use this one.

 

! The sim should not wear a hat as this texture space is used here to avoid collisions with lower body, tights and socks.

 

I separated the underwear from the lower body mesh and moved the UVs around. The original CAS items, textures and meshes are (c) MYOBI.

I want a nice slim skirt. but a polyline deletes it. Just a plain skirt. No panties and thong required.

If you want to use this CC feel free to edit the UV and make parts of it transparent.

There are enough skirts but if you look for something special you may need to create it for yourself.
