Pls help cant install certain mods

Good mornig or Good Day i have once againg installed Skyrim SSE again and now wanted to play with Adlut mods inkluding Devious Devices and Sexlab kidnapped but if i wanted to install these mods i get the following message from Vortex "Errors were reported processing  For the Intaller Sexlab Kidnapped  Redux SE Installer Prerequisits not Fullfilled : File " Updated.esm is Aktive".

The i try to install devious devices it also say that skyrim .ESM is aktive .I dont now how thiss happens i yoused the downgrader from Nexus to set Se backt to its pre AE update

apparently this is an issue with Vortex with the latest update.

I don't know, I use MO2.  Just relaying what I saw in that other thread.  They say use an older version of Vortex until it is resolved, I guess?  Maybe another Vortex user can tell you for certain.

There have been two Vortex updates in the last few days so maybe the second one is to fix the first one? I've not updated my Vortex for a while so I don't know. I don't run SE.
