I figured it out, now the issue I am seeing is that the wear and tear does not always work for my followers, it may not be playing nice with Nether's Follower Framework

Just a suggestion. Checked the anal prolapse mod's slots, and they utilize slot 48 (anal plugs for Devious Devices), so I'd recommend setting the Uterus prolapse ot Slot 57 (Vaginal plugs) it makes sense, and completely avoids any other slot conflicts. Slot 53 is used for other stuff, as well as leg cuffs from DD.

Suggestion, option to turn on/off auto healing and add the possibility to use potions (vanilla healing potions or potion added by the mod) to heal and tight up your orifices, maybe with custom animation contextual to the body part youre applying the potion to.

Here is my custom patch which changed the Uterus prolapse to Slot 57. Still needs some compatibility work for the DD equipments in script.SimpleWnT_2_2_Slot_57_Alter.rar

This patch added seperate wearing level detection for Apropos2, now it can get the exact Vaginal/Anal/Oral levels from Apropos2 rather than the sum of those.

Also added function and value set of oral wearing for future use.

Unfortunately I just upgrade AE and it has not popped up in the mcm for me so it looks like its going to be a hit and miss it it works your you on AE

 

 

 

Update: was having issues with another mod got it to come up as well as this mods all seems to be working

Looking into this mod, but it seems like it's only purpose is for visual effects and morphs, correct? I'm trying to find a mod that adds debuffs to you based on rape to add a different level of challenge to defeat mods that have a chance of letting you go, but so far this is the only one I found that's up to date and I don't suppose it touches on mechanics like that, huh.

Well, Apropos 2 has those features in its own Wear and Tear system, and this Simple Wear and Tear has Apropos integration. You just have to search Apropos' thread to find the SE version. It's old, but not necessarily outdated.

Does anyone know how to set this up to work with Apropos 2? When I had this mod alone, everything worked fine, I added Apropos 2, and now nothing happens, there are no visual effects on the skin and arousal morphs, only LewdMarks works

I've run this mod and can't figure out how to make the prolapse work... I've tried all (AVX) options within Faster SMP but the prolapse keeps spasming frantically. Is this not compatible with 3BA maybe?

I am having trouble with the prolapsed uterus and anus not showing up when wear levels are high does anyone know why

The only thing that is not currently working for me is the panty slots option on the mcm, despite putting the slot number and applying, it does nothing what it might be?

People that are having issues not seeing the prolapsed uterus  I fix that with making sure I had prolapsed uterus  mod installed and running the body slide other wise it was invisible, make sure you run fnis, just to be sure, it may not make a difference, but I run it just to be sure I didn't miss anything, I know I was having big time issues with sexlab and when I ran fnis, it fixed all those issues. 

 

On another note, I have tried to use this on vampires and it seems the only 3 vampire it does work on is the PC, serana, and alva. may wish to look into that and see if it needs to be applied differently on general vamps.

Does anyone know why when doing the sex animation all the wear effects appear on the character at the highest wear level and do not disappear after the animation is finished? Can anyone help me out?

As of now, I understand that custom followers (outside of the default race) cannot be targeted.
Has anyone created a patch that allows custom followers to be targeted as well?
