I fix it, that be Mesh problem with Cloaks Of Skyrim with HDT. I just edit it by my sefl and fix the problem.

How did you edited the mod? I have exactly the same situation, even the Crashlogs are the same, except for the location and NPC

Once I have disabled cloaks the CTD stopped but I wouldn't like to play without it

Issue appears to be in clothes\cloaksofskyrim\Holds\cloakmstormcloaklinen_1.nif

 

What I'd do:

  1. Since this is a SMP enabled mod, disable SMP to see if it is involved in this.
    1. If it is, simplify (if possible) the config file for the cloak mesh and see if its still crashing.
  2. Open the mesh in NifSkope to see if there's anything out of the ordinary there.
    1. NifSkope has various tools it calls spells that can maybe do something.
    2. Compare to another cloak mesh that does not cause a crash.
  3. Run the mesh through a nif optimizer.
    1. Convert the shape to LE and back to SSE. Compare the before and after files to see if any changes were made. Checksums are handy for this.
