Can someone point me to a where I can find a guide to downloading, and setup for the base game and hook 5?

Used to have this program a while back and I'm trying to get into it again.  Never used Hook 5 in the past.  So I'm basically looking for a 101 for dummies on the latest version of the game and Hook 5 as well as some links for downloading it.  Thanks for any help in advance.
