well there is a mod called femboy race reborn, but its been awhile sense I last used it. I just use bodyslide and remove the vag and I get results like these

I'm meaning like a mod that ADDS NPC's around skyrim, like traveling around, in towns, farming. Y'now that kinda stuff.

We're getting there, but i'd rather not have every one of them be femboys. just a smattering.

well good luck trying to find something like that, there aren't really that much femboy mods out there, plus the majority of them are old so you may not get exactly what you are looking for

I can tell you what I have done in my game to make some npcs into feminine looking men because once in a while its a nice break from the normal sexy ladies in my game. I use visual Transfer Tool to swap follower visuals to in game npcs and there are quite a few tomboyish followers out there where I used bodyslide to change their body mashes with more manly looking bodies, and use Schlongs for females to add the schlongs to them. Skin textures like Leyaneda, or fair skin, have no shadowing on the chest options, and muscular maps, to make it look more natural to a mans body. Its a long process but worth it for variety amongst the denizens of skyrim not just being busty ladies, and cartoonish looking gorilla men.

add diamond to that list as well, it doesn't have shadows either..well except for the muscular map

You could use HIMBO or HHPMS to make the 0 weight males slender and waifish but that would not add any new NPCs. There are a few pretty boys in the OK Follower set and there are more to be found on VectorPlexus.com but that will not randomly distribute the body type to NPCs either.
