BBB infinity stretch problem

Hey guys. 

So I'm getting the infinity stretch problem. 
I installed some mods yesterday (updated Crowning Isle, downloaded fejeena's BBB clothing for it and updated playerslaveencounters)
Now I'm getting the stretch problem and I don't know how to fix it. 
I've tried reinstallling CMCS, tried with Growlf's skeleton and Archiveinvalidated and BSA Redirected. 

But I can't seem to fix it. 
It's fine in first person but in third person it's messed up. 


Any help would be appreciated!

It must be the Skeleton

Growlf's "Controlable Skeleton" not the "Total Controlable Skeleton".

Right Folder? check your Skeletons in the Folders.

Data\meshes\characters\_male   (skeleton.nif 53KB)

Data\meshes\characters\_1stperson   (skeleton.nif 94KB and skeletonbeast.nif 94KB)

I downloaded UniversalskeletonNIF181 from Growlf's nexus page. 
Just dragged and dropped the "Controllable Skeleton" folder into my data folder.

? your 1stperson Skeleton  is 52KB ? it is 53KB in the "Controlable Skeleton" Folder.

What Body do you use? The stretching only naked or also in BBB cloth/armor?

in _male folder the skeleton is 96kb and in _1stperson the skeleton is 53kb. 

It doesn't matter what body I use, I use setbody to change bodies and they all have the same problem. 
It's the same problem when wearing BBB clothes.


EDIT: I forgot to say I'm using BBB walk animations and NoMaaM animations. I installed these after I got the stretch issue.

In the _male Folder it must be 94KB "Controlable Skeleton"

The "Total Controlable Skeleton" is 96KB

Install the "Controlable Skeleton" again. If that does not work, I also do not know what is wrong.

That won't work.  Extract to a temp folder and instead grab the data folder from inside the controllable skeleton folder and drop it into the oblivion folder.  You should get several prompts to overwrite files and merge folders.  If you don't then you didn't do it correctly.

Sorry, forgot to write "the contents of". 

I've tried replacing everything several times and it's not working. 
Tried deactivating every mod and replacing the skeleton. Didn't work. 

I'm at a loss here, it was working two days ago.

Is the stretching with a nude body or one with clothes\armor?

Is the stretching during an animation or all the time.

Is the stretching purple,black or neither?

 

Probably should go ahead and post your load order as well so we can see if there anything in it that stands out.

or may be it is the body you are using is a probleme   try to switch to another type and see if it is the same if it works good than you need to download a fixed meshe.

The stretching is all the time, clothed or not and it's a mix between black and my skin texture. 


It's probably not the body. I'm getting the same problem with all bodies. Tried switching with setbody

Maybe my load order is FUBAR.

Alright, I tried switching races and it turns out not all races are affected. 
The Horkew race, for example, doesn't have the stretch problem and BBB is working.

normally Oblivion used the Skeleton in the _male Folder, not a Skeleton in a BSA from a custom race. (seems your game does that)

Did you run BOSS? 

The shivering isles esp should be WAY up in your load order and not down towards the middle\bottom.

 

After running BOSS then move all lovers & tamago esp files to the bottom of your load order per the recommended load order in the pinned thread.

 

 

Look carefully in your oblivion data folder and tell me what bsa files are in there.  I am wondering if you have installed something in a bsa that is somehow over-ridding the growlf universal skelly.

 

Based on your screenshots the meshes are tearing at the breast and at the butt bones.  This generally comes from an animation that is bad, a skeleton that is bad or from a mesh that is.  I am wondering if you have some bad animations if the skelly checks out. 

 

I seriously doubt anything is wrong with the meshes if you are using the Setbody Reload plugin from this site.  Too many folks have used it just fine to have this suddenly crop up.

 

Where do you have your game installed?  Hopefully it is not in the program files directory if you are running win7 or win8.

Ran BOSS, changed my load order per the recommended.

Yeah it seems like any race using the skeletonbeast.nif is fine. 

Installed under C:/, not in Program files.

Is there some way to find out if a mod is forcing a non-BBB compatible skeleton to be used? 
But it's weird because Khajiit, Tabaxi and Horkew isn't affected.

Have you replaced the skeleton? The 96KB "Total Controlable Skeleton" replaced with the 94KB "Controlable Skeleton"
Have you made the modmanger settings? BSA redirection (see  post 15)
Then you can check your BSA files, the only one with a skeleton can be CM Naomi Test and xeosp++ ( and of course Oblivion meshes BSA)

You can open a BSA with Modmanager

If you find Skeletons in the 2 BSAs, you can unpack the BSA (see Picture, the extract all button) in a empty folder, delete the Skeleton, and pack the BSA (Utilities-BSA creator). 

 

But that can't be the probem! with the right modmanager Setting and the controlable Skeleton, the game must use the Skeleton in the _male Folder(and not a Skeleton in a BSA)

All beast races are working? (skeletonbeast.nif)

All human races (Oblivion and custom) are stretching? ( you posted you have tested different Body )

So the animations are ok, the bodies are ok (beast races useing the same bodies).

It must be the fucking skeleton.nif

do not know wich one         i think you might need to switch off all your esp and bsa (groupe of mods) one by one and see who is the culprit   to fix it.

Not even working without mods enabled. 
Tried with HGEC body, Mur_Zik sexy walk and "Controlable Skeleton". 
Walk animation is ok, no stretching BUT no BBB either. 
Tried equipping a piece of BBB clothing and I got the stretch. 

I have no idea what is going on. 
No skeleton.nif in xeosp++ or CM Naomi Test. Only in Oblivion Meshes, but there should be a skeleton in the oblivion meshes BSA right? 
It was listed under \characters\_1stperson and \characters\_male so it's in the right folder.

I don't know what to tell you other than it should work, you are clearly doing something wrong if it isn't.

 

Is it the steam version? Try resetting BSA timestamps if it is.

 

Also I can't really support the use of OBMM in general, you should be using Wrye Bash.

this is amazing !    after all those steps    another last thing did you try your game without all the mods and try some bbb clothes (with or without the skeleton)  to see if there is a probleme with the game itself    --- you might considering reinstalling the game ---
