BBB infinity stretch problem

I have absolutely no idea wtf is going on. 
I'm going to try another reinstall. 
Such a pain in the ass process. 
I'm going to have to make sure I won't forget exporting the load order lol.

when you do your fresh install     try your game for 5 min to see if everything is ok !      than after installing major mods test and see if every thing works (do it by steps )

Finally got around to reinstalling. 
Now it's working!
