Any ideas on what would be causing no animations happening. i have ran the FNIS but it seams to not fix anything and no animations happen.

FNIS log would be useful. But with 99% certainty, you accidentally installed an LE mod (assuming your Game is SE/AE)

Which mod(s) are you using to initiate the animations?

 

Maybe I can't see it but do you have SLAL installed? If so then have you registered and enabled the animations?
