King_Warrior Posted January 16, 2022 Posted January 16, 2022 Hi, I was trying to create some new animations following this post. Especially creating animation on "existing animation part". So, I extracted the file "mt_walkforward.hkx" (female) from animation archive file, then converted it into "kf" through "HKXCMD" (powershell) and then imported it into blender following that post. The animation runs fine in blender but when I try to run it in the game, the animation gives weird flickering problem. I thought the problem was with my animation. So, I tried again importing the original kf file into blender and this time kept it unedited and exported it and tried running it in the game. But the problem still remained. I guess the problem is with first and last frame keys? It is not matching? I am not sure what to do. Can anyone help me please? Here is the video. SKyrim.mp4
t.ara Posted January 19, 2022 Posted January 19, 2022 As the skeleton and the animation is working so far, I guess you simply have to round the animation to have a full loop, not more than that. Normally is such a detail being worked out inside of the BEHAVIOR-EDITOR (for skyrim it was HAT)...but here you have to switch the idle to become "round" and smooth, because the walking IS running under the havok-behavior which is being cutted ready to run without any chance for a further access. Your loop has to become exported by the idle-length+1, a single frame addition, then it should be smoothly working, as long your loop is smoothly being created !!!
