My Pet Dragon

what do you mean by going out of the city 2 time I've left out the door 2 times no quest left all the way out of range of the city 2 times in more than one is there a way to start the quest with additemmenu or console command i started a new game with the mod installed got the quest needed things done and played for hours after trying to get the note from the courier I have like 800+ mods besides this so trouble shooting is out but i use MO2 and it don't show any overwrites so i don't think its in my list of mods

You don't need fucking console commands to start this quest.

 

You don't need any troubleshooting.

 

You must be level 14 and less than level 40.

 

You will get a note from the courier when you go outside in any major city.

 

If you have 800 mods, start a new MO2 and get rid of 700 of the mods you don''t use and start a new game.  How can you possibly expect things to work with 800 mods?

well thanks for the help and on my 800+ mods they all work great your mod deletes the courier and a simple i cant help you out would have worked

Sorry for getting snarky.  This mod works just fine as far as it goes and if you are having trouble, it will be with your load order.

i found out the problem there is a shrine mod that is putting a shrine half way though felleon's house i use a mod list from wabbajack its hard to remove mods without the game going haywire

Having finally gotten to mess around with this for a while, I absolutely LOVE the books. The person who wrote them nailed a properly mythic, old-style French Parlor narrative of how these stories go.

(Still haven't gotten my new dragon bestie yet, but that's not your mod's fault - I had a repeating crash issue that took me ages to resolve and required new saves)

Glad you liked the books.  I wrote them originally and @CuddlyBun essentially rewrote them.

found out its skyrim AE that is the issue they added a player home in the spot where you find the dragon girl the mod is Hendraheim. Played it on my Skyrim vr mod list it works great that's how i found the problem

Really? back in the oldrim days i had asked someone who was doing similar things if it could be done and he just told me no, so the fact that this even exists makes me mega happy.

I think Skyrim is loosing some popularity, especially with Elden Ring out now and November for Starfield.

Unable to Dismiss Aria

 

I apologize if I missed something basic at the start of the mod but I was so excited to take Aria out for a 'spin' I only vaguely recall Fellenon saying that to dismiss Aria I needed to give her the Shield of Justice.

 

I now need to send her home for a short while, but the dismiss dialogue is not showing up - I have told her to wait, but she also breaks this command - what a willful minx. 

 

I am running Skyrim SE with 'Nether's Followers Framework' and the 'My Pet Dragon - FG Interface' (LOOT List attached) installed. I did first remove her from NFF, placed shield in her inventory but nothing happens. Have tried various homes, reinstalled NFF and your mods, and run LOOT and FNIS, to see if I maybe had a glitch somewhere - and I don't have the early save games to do a recap.  

 

I have the spells 'Call Aria back to you' and 'Summon Aria in Dragon Form' equipped so I am wondering if I missed a spell. Other than this I am enjoying her along with Jenny and Sasha. Perhaps a future mod could be to include some banter between the three of them - I can only imagine what would come from Sasha's mouth (something like, "Master, who has the 'hottest' pussy?" springs to mind).

 

Anyway, apologies once again for a verbose message, and a thousand kudos for your mods which have brightened my dry sojourn in a sunny S***i A****a over the past few years.

At this point, you cannot dismiss her.  The quest to get that is unfinished.  Suggest you load a save from before you acquired her.

Ahhh, cool, though I had messed it up somehow, Thanks for the prompt reply. Spent a good hour or two trying to resolve the problem before texting. Have no issue keeping her on. she is cute after all, she is just a tad too powerful at times in human form. I spawn the occasional batch of bandits from time to time to practice my slave catching skills and she flames the whole batch in two breaths - oh well at least I get to keep the armor and weapon drops.

 

Please keep up the good work - I absolutely love Jenny and Sasha and Aria makes a good fit to the team.

It is on the download page.  Click on view file and then click the download button.  There are two files to get.
