ENB & Muscle Textures

I'm using UUNP bodies in LE and wondering if there is a ENB setting that improves shading/definition around body muscles....abs, legs, etc?

ENB enhances / changes shadows and light. But not specific to muscles. You should use a higher resolution mesh for this.
64K Triangle is the limit - per mesh, not per nif.
Alternatively, it is also possible to create the illusion of muscles using normal map. But note: Object Space Normals (or in Bethesda jargon ModelSpaceNormals) are used. This means that later morphs (e.g. pregnancy) lead to a blurred display of the texture - it becomes unreal.

If that is not a problem for you - there are many mods that also have normal and diffuse maps for your body.

Any suggestions for hi res muscle textures?  I've just been using the ones in HDT AIO Animated pussy 4.0

Just look around here in search box for " Skyrim Muscle normal maps ", you will find many mods and links for body mods.
