My Sim is not naked on Cas screen

Please help me I want my sim to be bare like this

That CC top is probably broken or flagged for bathing/nude outfit. If you can identify the file (which might require you to 50/50 through the stuff in your Mods folder), you can open it in Sims 4 Studio to edit the properties - or just remove it from your game.

Sounds to me like you actually "disabled" WickedWhims somehow, e.g. by burying it too deep within sub-folders, and the game now doesn't load the mod properly. Make sure that the files for WW are only one level of sub-folders deep within Mods, i.e. something like "Mods/WickedWhims" and not "Mods/Sex/WickedWhims", and that this sub-folder only contains the files from the WW download (no animations, no other stuff like body pats - these should go into seperate folders).

If you have wild guys body details they must load before ww keep them in the FBD folder....Or put them in a folder called BodyDetails....
