I am coming over from modded Skyrim to Oblivion

As the title says, I am making the change from skyrim to oblivion. Are there any mods like "schlongs of skyrim" but for oblivion or any other nudity type mode? As for the mods, can they be installed through NMM much like with skyrim?

There are no shlongs as in Skyrim, in the sense that in Oblivion their state is controlled only by animation, and not by commands, as in Skyrim. 

I converted several shlong models, HD - composite (separate element) and custom - merged with the lower body - all of which are controlled by animation. In theory, they are even easier to manage (state) than in Skyrim through animation, since in Oblivion there is a residual effect on bones from animation, but this is too lazy to do. and of course there is no physics there, since no one has written a dll plugin for the skeleton
