Creatures Standing Still During Animations?

I apologize off the bat as I know this has been asked before (I've seen the google results) but I am at wit's end. I have been trying to get this to work for honestly 6-7 hours now, and I have tried everything under the sun. The only thing I can think of that might be an issue is my use of Nemesis, but for everything else that requires FNIS, Nemesis has been a superb substitute, so I'm doubtful this is the cause of the issue.

 

I have all prerequisites and I have followed this load order:

I have followed that guide to the T. I have tried every single troubleshooting tip in the attached notepad file. I am using Vortex, but my load order is absolutely in correct order as it is aligned with the screenshot. I can get human animations working and a whole host of other animation mods working. The only thing I cannot do is get the creatures to move in the animations for these mods (MCN, CF).  I'm on SE. I've tried a fresh save from before any of these mods are installed that is also very, very early into the game. I have SLAnimLoader, UIExtensions, FNIS creature pack, the works. I've rerun Nemesis a million times. If anyone has any protips or guidance I would forever be in your debt and very grateful because I am extremely frustrated right now. I have never failed to troubleshoot a mod but I guess there's a first for everything. If this is actually a Nemesis problem, that's unfortunate as I require it for my combat mods, and one will need the axe. But I really don't think it's Nemesis.

The only thing it doesn't work for! Dammit, thanks guys for confirming. I'm going to try out that guide after work today and see if it works for me.
