does anyone know or have the race mod this person uses for all of their characters? I want my oblivion characters to look like that..  especially the super anime ones.

if possible can anyone port the anime races from skyrim to oblivion?

I used DeepL Translator to read some of his content, and I found this:

Additionally, it seems like he released a V2 of this race, but it was distributed only for a limited time or among friends, and is now unattainable.

On his most recent post, he commented in February of this year about getting a new job and being too tired when he gets home, so for the time being it seems like there won't be any new updates for who knows when.
