Mordyn Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 Was using Logitech Performance Mouse MX for a while: Never had a problem, I'm more than satisfied, apart for the initial price (60€ for me)... http://www.logitech.com/en-us/mice-pointers/mice/devices/performance-mouse-mx
gregathit Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 I personally love my Razer DeathAdder. Of course the fact that I got it "really" cheap didn't hurt either.
Tregarin Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Just replaced my old MX Rev. with a Gigabyte ECO600... very nice optical with variable DPI. (and was bloody cheap compared to some I saw) Even came with a pair of Duracells, which was unexpected. (and supposedly will last 12 months before needing to be replaced)
Mashi Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 I hate wireless mice with a passion, mostly because of the laginess issue. I picked up one of these http://www.logitech.com/en-us/mice-pointers/mice/devices/5743 (M500) to replace my old M3 and I'm quite happy with it. The only downside is, it's short by two buttons on the right hand side, so not so good for RTS games like Shogun2 or SC2, and I'm not a real fan of how the razor series feels.
Irishredneck Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 I recommend a cordless mouse. As a user of MX500, Razer Death Adder, and an old Microslut mouse, I recall the following incident: After 2+ hours of intense combat in Oblivion I entered the lovely town of Bravil. Load screen ensued, then CRASHO! When I went to restore my last save I realized that I had forgotten to save after each fight, and would have to go back and do it all over again. Well... throwing a corded mouse reminds me that Newton's Laws are always in effect. And any object leaving a location returns to said location at twice the exiting velocity. The next day I bought a cordless rodent at Best Buy, sporting a nice bandage on the right side of my forehead.
FallenWarrior Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 I would recommend the StealSeries http://steelseries.com/ Or you can always go with the IntelliMouse series (Microsoft)
Guest Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 I use the logitech performance mx, I'm really liking it. I can use it on any surface, even on other mice!

Doctrine1-6 Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 The Cyborg RAT 7 gaming mouse is one of the best devices I've ever owned. Google it, it's pretty much one of the sleekest looking things out there. Plus with 5 buttons, a second scroll wheel, adjustable dpi settings, and 3 button modes, I can't think of anything more tricked out.
pletcherapb Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 It’s just some unlucky coincidence. vaio pcg-748 battery

HentaiGnome Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 My Mouse Has Just Decided To Give Up . ( Back To A Poxy 2 Button Roller Mouse ) So Im Looking For Some Mouse Recommendations Please ... Must Be 5 Button ... If you don't mind wired' date=' I'd suggest the Cyborg RAT 7 Gaming Mouse. http://cyborggaming.com/prod/rat7.htm [img']http://cyborggaming.com/imgs/rat7_right.png[/img] I got it as a birthday gift from a friend of mine and I've been using it since. Very accurate and has a decent amount of buttons. It's also adjustable, as in you "take it apart" to how you want it to be. Combinations are limited, of course, but at least you'll find that one particular setup that feels nice in the palm of your hands. As a sidenote, I JUST got the Call of Duty MW3 Logitech G105 keyboard. It arrived at my doorstep about an hour ago and I've been playing around with it. I'm even typing this message with the keyboard. It takes a little bit of getting used to but I like the tactile feel. It also has back-lit keys, which should help in dark and ambient rooms. Overall, it feels very comfortable and for the small amount of time I've been using it, I would recommend it. (Btw, original retail price is about $90 for this keyboard, but I got it on sale for $50 on Amazon, plus since I bought the Call of Duty MW3 game I was given a $10 promotional credit to either the MW3 keyboard or mouse. I already have a gaming mouse so I went with the keyboard. And so total, with free shipping, I only paid $40 for it. Not bad of a deal!)
sora3 Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 @ HentaiGnome, what in God's name is that?! Looks and feels uncomfortable though. I usually use the basic mouse from Logitech and Microsoft for my gaming. So far, my MX518 died last year after serving me nearly 6 years and I replaced that with the Logitech G500 Laser Gaming Mouse. Nice and similar in shape to the old MX518.

Remember that it's adjustable, so you can make it as long or as wide as you want (within limits, of course, otherwise it wouldn't be a mouse lol). The screw knobs that you see let you do that. Also, you can attach/detach parts to the mouse to slightly alter it, for example, on my mouse I added an extra "pinky rest" clip on the right side. As the name suggests, it provides a space on the mouse that lets me rest my pinky finger on. I was also skeptical at first, but all doubts went away after using it. Actually, because my previous mouse was just a standard one, I had to take some time to get used to how smooth and accurate this one felt lol...
cyb3r Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 i prefer my razer naga molten edition tho i'd go for the epic edition these days but my mouse is under a year old so took some time to get used to it but i totally love it ^^
