JustANobody003 Posted December 20, 2021 Posted December 20, 2021 So Idk why tho, but I cannot find my original post wich started with me having issues with creatures SOS and then game CTDing so now so I'm continuing it here: So some buddies gave me some tips and ideas and I used all of them and now the game loads without a problem, the damn SOS works correctly and it don't crash ( I haven't tried to play for continuous hours yet tho), my only two questions now are if my plugin and overwritting load orders are correct, I know how to get the plugin load order from LOOT but not the overwrite sequence from MO2(the left panel) so how do I get it so anyone here could check it out? I sorted with LOOT before doing this, do you have any suggestions?

If you set things using the metadata feature you still need to run LOOT afterwards. If you use Vortex or MO then you don't need the metadata rules you can set things in the mod manager. If you are following the Conglomerate guide then the load order there is good. You shouldn't this: 170 aa ContinueGameNoCrash.esp use this instead: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/85443 If you are still having the C++ error then reinstall the redustributables rather than going for the repair. Also make sure you have the version required by Skyrim and thecorrect version for your OS (32 or 64-bit OS).

So...yeah that's the problem here: I have no clue how this C++ thing works, I have my same good-ol' PC, ASUS Motherboard +I5(dunno the generation tho)+ GTX 650 from 2014 this damn thing is a beast, it's still holding great after all my real life missadventures and movings throughout my country ❤️ and in it I used Win 7 Ultimate and I only had this problem once, a quick reinstall solved it...but now I (F I N A L L Y) got a new SSD HD and they forced me to install Win10 ( I didn't wanted to but oh well...came free) and I asked the guy to install all of these basics stuffs for gaming and he didn't do it. I remember clearly that I had like 30 files in a folder with those C++ Redistributable things and never messed with it since I only knew most games required them, but always though that if I had the latest I wound't need the older ones...I'm telling you all of this because one thing, I have multiple hard-drives spaces now and I don't know if this may or may not cause a problem because of the C++ install locations, before the SSD I only had two, now I have four.The MO2 and LOOT are on the new C:\\ and Skyrim with most games I have (with the exception of Left 4 Dead 2, wich I host (supremely modded) servers had to be in the SSD, now it don't have any more space left, I mentioned this because before this I remember having a folder somewhere in D:\\ hard-drive with some C++ stuffs...2015 I think, is this the problem?Or I just need the C++ stuff where my OS works?'Cause he said there is a separate hard-drive where Win10 uses now and I don't know if I have to install these there...I'm very confused. Can you shed some light on this for me? Btw I did a repair on them yesterday not a reinstall, will do it tomorrow, the damn game continues to crash on Continue and no warnings, no report from CrashFixes, just the window closing...mods works fine tho,SexLab ones included, and I did a 15 minutes playthrought. A game needs the specific version or versions it needs. Having more than one C++ on your machine isn't a problem. The same goes for Direct X. Number of hard drives is irrelevant. As a general rule let anything relating to the OS install to its default location. You will need ENBoost set up correctly too.

I simply don't know what to do anymore.If any of you could still help me I will be thankfull. I did the reinstallation of the C++ 2010 tho. Isn't there a checklist of some kind on how to check if everything non-in-game related are checked before actually running the game?Tried reinstalling, reinstalling MO2, removing the instance and adding e v e r y s i n g l e m o t h e f l i p p i n g mod again, and not even adding all of them, just some basic ones(for example SexLab and everything related, some armors and AOS). Man f**k this shit, the game at least opened before I got Win 10, now the damn thing don't even start...funny thing is it got running normally sometimes but when it CTDed it will only CTD unless I try doing random things, wich will open, run normally, but if I try to load a save it will CTD and it will repeat the loop.

You want a checklist, check out that Conglomerate guide that was linked up above. It has a ton of info in it. Go through it slowly, there's several parts. Start off small, with just the basic mods, and test. Then build from there. The key, and I can't stress this enough, is patience and testing, and then some more testing and patience. (and a smattering of googling and chicken sacrifices to Alvor.)
