FF7 Remake on Epic store, will it be moddable?

Regardless if you hate Epic store, I'm wondering is it possible to mod games that are not officially supported for modding on their client?  Like can you backdoor mods (aka just add to the game files, ect) or is epic client like anti-modding otherwise?

 

I'm hoping we get some decent mods, nude obviously, but I'd love to see Tifa stripped down to her basic classic outfit and hell even proper redone subtitles for the japanese audio (the official subtitles are for the english track, not the japanese track and completely different from the subtitles as to what is being said ect) although I could see that bieng a huge project too...

 

Regardless, is the game even moddable if its on Epic client?  Anybody know?

Any game on Unreal Engine 4 should be moddable to some degree but one should not count on anything as elaborate as Sexlab or Wicked Whims. Outfit mods are definitely in the realm of possibility if not inevitability so long as someone is willing and able to make the mods.

But are they moddable if you need to play them through the epic launcher?  I'm assuming so?

Unless there is something that blocks access to the ~Mods folder, the Epic Launcher should be no obstacle.

Anyone know why all the thread related to FF VII remake modding on LL got locked? Is it because of DMCA from Square or something?

Because people kept asking about mods to silly degree(while there were/is none) and then it went to different topics all together. Should be all good when there's actually some progress for mods.
