Need help on getting mods to work, im new here and dont know what im doing at all

I tried installing mods in the mod folder and animations are working and I was able to have a 3d nipple mod by cmars but I cant get a default nude mod skin to work , its always skinless and all the nipples are just white 

 

 

 

 

 

Does anyone know what should I do to get a default nude mod skin working ?

is there no real default nude mod, do i need to select the body detail for nipple textures every time ?

Thanks for the video, I just started deleting stuff and now it works, im not really sure what i did to make it work
