Last update impact on the mods ??

Hello everyone,

With the latest patch of Skyrim SE for the Anniversary DLC I have a question :
How do the mods react with this patch ? I mean, there's a new SKSE 64 so I know I have to update it, but will the mods still work correctly with it or do I have to wait until the mods get an update ?

It's troubling me since the patch is auto-applied to skyrim and I can't go back now.

Not every body is all the times on this site.
