help Invincible bandit and can’t interact

Hi, I’m having a strange issue. I ended up having a bandit npc (in PAHE home) which I can’t interact with (can’t talk and doesn’t lose hp when hit) and some bandits in the world are invincible: “isessential” command says “1”, when hit they don’t take damage, “kill” command has no effect and “killall” only knock them off. Is there a way to fix these?
