It's posted in SSE but that's of no concern. Just use it for LE

xVASynth isn't actually a mod, it doesn't have an .esp or .esm file. You can just unpack the archive and run the .exe like it's a separate program, as it basically is. Also LE and SE use the same format for sound files, so you can just use this one for LE.

 

Oh and a small tip: Sometimes you gotta write words more the way they sound for it to work better, like "seks" instead of "sex" (sex will probably work fine, just counldn't think of a better example).
