Outfit Studio won't save my adjusted CBBE preset

I've read a tutorial from Snakel101 for fixing broken meshes, but everytime i enter in-game, they still clip through the clothings.

I'm using BodySlide and Outfit Studio 5.2

You can check if your changes are even saved and appear in game first, by building outfit with some extreme change
