which mod is making me crawl/kneel/stand on cursor keys

New load order and I have the zillion mods

 

one is making my character kneel then crawl when I press the down arrow, then it goes to kneel or stand when I press the up cursor

I don't know which mod is doing it, can someone tell me please so I can remap the keys

 

also when I press down arrow a radial dial pops up at the same time and I cant find what mod that is from, I guess a better question would be is there some general way to see what hotkeys are mapped to in mcm

Yes, by checking all MCM of the mods you installed ?
