FPS drop in dungeons due to draugr skeleton.hkx

Hi guys,

I have run into a problem caused by skeleton.hkx for draugr.

First I have been experienced some massive dps drop in dungeons with draugr. I did a bit search and found out if I remove the skeleton.hkx in Skyrim\Data\meshes\actors\draugr\character assets folder I could get my dps back to normal. Of course I have to disable all draugrs in Creature Framework to avoid glitches. But at least I can get 90% of my game experience back.

I did download the latest MNC for Sexlab AL. But the latest skeleton.hkx didn't fix the issue.

My question is, is skeleton.hkx for drauger really the root cause of my massive dps drop in draugr dungeons? If yes, where could I find the working skeleton.hkx. If not, what could the real root cause be?

Thanks for your time.

A bad or conflicting skeleton can cause fps drop.

Make sure you did a few things right during installation:

> MNC SLAL version overwrote XPMSE

> no other mod overwrote MNC SLAL (unless it's ABC HDT)

> if you installed AIO-HDT-Pussy make sure you didn't install any creature related files

> check if the draugr is added by a custom mod that doesn't get modified by MNC SLAL (or if the mod needs a MNC SLAL patch)

I really couldn't remember which mod changed draugr skeleton. There are the files sitting under the folder character assets.

I removed the last 5 skeleton*.* to get my fps back to normal in draugr dungeon.

If possible, could you share with me the ones working for you?

Thanks again.

I think I did modify some nif file to make it work for creatures, including draugr..
