teals03 Posted March 22, 2023 Posted March 22, 2023 Hello, First off, thanks Jupisoft for linking all of the tools required to start editing the game for those of us unable to make such tools. The tutorial helped a lot as well. I can get every character expect Haruka and Fuyuhi to import and export just fine using the tools provided. Both characters will import/export with gust_gmpk and they will export with g1m_export, but they will not import with g1m_import. I am using the latest versions of both tools. Do I need to go back versions on either tool to get those characters to work? I should mention that neither character will import at all using g1m even when using the base file with no edits and just simply running it through the motions. The cmd box closes immediately, so I cant even read the error message. Some of the mods I am using are from Moderchan's Patreon so all of the edits I made work in game, but some aren't using the gmpk versions released publicly, so I am not sure if I can just post those here or not. Technically, all of the characters are released publicly as far as I know though, so I could probably release everything expect Haruka and Fuyuhi if it comes down to it. However it will take some time to convert some of the mods since the loose files version from Moderchan's Patreon don't seem to be compatible with the public gmpk versions. I have made edits to most of the characters in the game, some are more ambitious and some are more lazy. Mostly just making edits for variety and my own preference. Yuri is much more edited than Miu for example. I have not used blender very much, and its been years since I have booted up any 3d editing software, so quality is what it is. Anyways, it would really be helpful if I could somehow get Fuyuhi and Haruka to import using g1m. 4

I replaced the Blue Kimono (H_YRI_B and H_YRI_M files) with this as that's what i initially replaced using Modchan's nude mod, and the results were very pleasing! It's exactly what i wanted, that wet look in the hair is gone. A few very minor flaws, but i think that's the game's lighting fault. In fact I can only see them if i'm real up close in photomode. Overall i have no complaints! Thank you, thank you SO MUCH! 4

teals03 Posted March 25, 2023 Posted March 25, 2023 (edited) I was busy converting the Patreon versions (that I had already modified) to the public gmpk versions. I really wish I had done the gmpk versions first because the Patreon versions are NOT compatible meaning I basically had to start over. However, this also gave me a chance to look at the model a second time. I spent some time fixing (as best I could at any rate) the weight issue many of the butts have and adjusting some of the normals (those are the odd hard edges/points you sometimes see where pieces of a model or vertices connect) so they dont look "as" bad when exposed to light. Should be very noticeable at the butt when compared with the original mods. I have a couple of ghosts, and all of main girls expect Fuyuhi and Haruka since those two will not import for whatever reason (even when completely unmodified). There is obviously a way to do it since Moderchan and others have done it, but I dont know how. I will probably post what I have complete minus Fuyuhi and Haruka sometime tomorrow, as it takes time to put a post like that together. One of these days I will actually take the time to truly learn how to use Blender / 3D Max instead of stumbling around trying to remember how to do everything since I only do this once every one or two years.
