You don't need to change the extension of the file you are renaming (multiple GMPK files in the same directory are OK). You could rename H_HIS_A.GMPK as H_HIS_A Original File.GMPK and it will still work. I think this makes it easier to switch back and forth.

As stated elsewhere in this thread, some model swaps will result in deformed faces or issues if the characters are substantially different in size. It can produce some quite funny results, such as swapping Haruka for Ren (image below). Look at the face, especially the nose on the right image (this is Haruka subbed as Ren). It's playable but looks pretty weird.

In other cases, I don't notice anything or the defects are minor under most situations. For example, swapping Hisoka into Yuri creates a little black void on her lower lip (see below). It can be a little distracting, but isn't that big of an issue (to me at least). Sometimes there is no issue at all. I have yet to see any blemish on Ayane when subbed for Rui or Yuri when subbed for Hisoka. I'm not sure if anyone figured out a way to fix for this by editing the other files in some of these directories but I don't remember seeing a fix.

Most swaps into ghosts look pretty good actually, Here is Ayane as a Flamekeeper. The main issue I notice is that her hand doesn't grip the handle correctly. However, you usually face two Flamekeepers and they can be a pain so I'm usually too busy to notice the hand while actually playing the game.

Hi everyone,

First of all, I want to thank you for all the incredible work you’ve done guys I really appreciate your work ive seen in these posts.

I wanted to kindly ask if anyone would be willing to share a compilation of nude mods for Ayane, Yuri , Miu, Rui, and Hisoka. I would be grateful for any Nude-Lewd mods available.

Additionally, if possible, could someone please explain how to properly install the mods? I would really appreciate it.

If there’s a master list, archive, guide, or personal collection you could share or point me to, I would be very thankful.

I finally got nude mods working for Miu and Yuri with no issues, everything loads perfectly. But whenever I try to install Ayane’s nude mod, the game crashes when she loads in.

I’m not sure what’s wrong. I tried doing a lot of things but i cant use her or spawn her even in photo mode

Can anybody help me im new modding this game

After reading through the entire blog, I was finally able to understand how it works. Everyone did a great job over these years. I always had a console, but now that I’m on PC and wanted to revisit this game with mods, I can see that Fatal Frame mods are almost a niche but a very good one. I wish more people were interested so there could be more lewd clothing styles and nude modes. Thanks for all your effort, guys.

How do you handle character weight painting?

I'm having trouble with weight painting on characters that don't have bones. After manually assigning weights, the model gets distorted and falls apart. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction and help me figure out what's causing the problem.
