If you want to fully replace an outfit you need to overwrite every single copy of it. 

H_YRI_A: Original Outfit (Main)
H_YRI_B: Blue Kimono (1)
H_YRI_D: [Empty]
H_YRI_G: White School Outfit (1)
H_YRI_H: Nude Model (Covered Up)
H_YRI_I: Original Outfit (Wet)
H_YRI_J: Bridal Outfit
H_YRI_K: Original Outfit (2)

H_YRI_M: Blue Kimono (2)
H_YRI_N: [Empty]
H_YRI_O: White School Outfit (2)
H_YRI_Q: Mio Amakura Outfit
H_YRI_S: Rei Kurosawa Outfit
H_YRI_T: Punk Ensemble
H_YRI_U: Cutesy Goth Ensemble (Black)
H_YRI_V: Swimsuit (Blue)
H_YRI_W: Red Diving Outfit
H_YRI_X: Ryza Outfit

As you can see, Yuri's original outfit has 3 copies that are used in different cutscenes and playtime. My guess is that this is how the game keeps the original outfit in the "flashback" scenes.

The same happens with the White School Outfit which has 2 copies, one if the playabable one and the other is the one used for the First Drop intro.

Just need the JAPANESE SWITCH version of the game and unpack the ROM you will find 2 folders named H_MIU_L and H_YRI_N, and that's it!

While I hope this is true of course, I'll risk making a fool of myself by saying I'm still skeptical.

My reason is simply that you didn't use the new Photo Mode, so it can technically still be an image lifted from the Wii U version, edited to look like it was taken from the PC port.
Feel free to prove my doubts wrong though. I'm all for it. There's a part of me that wants to use these swimsuits more than full nude mods.

Edit: yup, they posted the files as I typed up my message. They seem to work, you just have to rename them to replace your desired outfit.

Wait, the JPN version of the game on the Switch has the costumes? WHAT?!?!?! How and why?!?!?!

Also, this is super skeptical to the point I'm more inclined to believe that download is a virus. I NEED MORE CONFIRMATIONS!!!!!

Made a version for people who just want to drag and drop.

Replaces the new T-shirt swimsuits.
P.S. I learned that you can swap files while in-game and it actually changes without having to close the game. You just have to back out of the costume menu, then go back in again.

I have a idea.

We knew that switching ,gmpk unavoidably have stranger model

If we find the dates of body shapes.

Could we edit it to play the character as same as NPC in game?

Yeah, was about to say that myself. Tested on a couple different outfit slots, so I'm pretty sure it's the swimsuit itself that's the problem here.
Yuri has almost exactly the same results.

Does switch version actually have them unlockable or is it just accidental leftover files?

 

Also,. Anyone checked if japanese copy of other consoles have them, they might have higher quality models and textures

As a bonus, we also set the code for wetness and facial expressions

 

「1～3」、「4～7」　facial expressions

「8」　facial expressions freeze

 

「G」　MaxWet

 

「U」　NoWet

 

「O」　Breast physics enhancement

 

「P」　Default
