Does this exist for Skyrim or is this something that can be made for the game?

It's badly needed like spreader bars!

One bar prisons would be a must for any Breezhome, there is just not enough space for a real one.

Also would make a great basis for a very simple prison mod, like very simple

Oh I absolutely agree, spreader bars would be a fantastic addition to the great toys already available. I can see many uses for a One Bar prison that would totally justify its existence.

@Soul Stealer For the record, the image you chose isn't a "true" one-bar prison.  This image shows ankle shackles, so it's actually three points of restraint, not one.  A real one-bar prison requires the subject to wear high heels, that way they can't jump or step up on their tiptoes to get vertical clearance; this means there's only one point of restraint: the dildo.

Yes, I am aware of that, just never been a big fan of heels. I have always preferred my girls barefoot
