True, it will greatly depend on how easy it is to work with Santa Monica Studio's proprietary engine, but odds are good the game will be able to be modded. So far it seems that all of Sony's first party games that have been ported to PC are moddable, including Horizon and Days Gone (both of which also have nude mods). Obviously this doesn't guarantee GOW will be moddable given that it uses a completely different engine, but I think the fact that GOW is so popular makes the chance of mods happening very likely. I'm not against it, especially if said mod is a lewd one. But it would take a tremendous amount of work, unless you just want to slap a wig on Kratos and call it a day. Even if you were able to replace the model you'd still have Kratos's voice coming out of her and all the other characters referring to her as Atreus's father, kinda breaks immersion.

It seems that the game has been well received by modders on Nexus. It may be possible. And then a mod to mute Kratos' voice like in Witcher 3 with Geralt. Edited February 1, 2022 by Sneaksmile
