Could you please add items/spells version for these poses akin to Gunslicer' poses? Poser hotkeys plus is a buggy mess

I've been having difficulty installing poser hotkeys plus and poses using MO2. Can someone give me a detailed breakdown as to how to install the poses?

 

Poser hotkeys plus itself seems to install just fine. And I have and run that generator program that I'm apparently supposed to do with it. But the problem is when I try to do the poses in game nothing happens. I've only been able to get the original poser hotkeys to work, and I really want to get poser hotkeys plus to work.

then use poser picker if you have problems running poser hotkeys

I'll look into poser picker, but I would much rather get poser hotkeys plus working. It has several features I would like to use.

check if there are any other mods that use the same hotkeys as poser plus

also, for correct operation, you need to install many other mods, check their availability (screenshot from Nexus)

P.S. im using MO2 and poser plus, works fine

I have a document with all my hotkeys that I used to make sure nothing conflicted. The issue isn't that the hotkeys don't work. The mod itself has all the appearance of being operational. I can use the facial expression function, nearly everything except the main function of posing. When i attempt to use a pose, nothing happens. Which suggests to me that I am somehow installing the poses wrong.

Do you run FNIS before playing?
Do you choose a pose from the menu before playing it in the game?

Yes. I always run FNIS. I chose a pose and even tried the random pose feature. No T-posing, the mod just won't take effect.

 

In my latest install none of the hotkeys worked, even after changing them. I would still see notification that the pose was supposed to active but my character remains in their usual idle. I can't use hotkeys to open the menu either.

 

Can you give me a step by step of how to:

1. Install poser hotkeys plus into MO2 (I assume like a regular mod) but also the options on the install menu.

2. How to install the poses (and I assume like the original poser hotkeys I can turn the esps for some of them off so my inventory isn't flooded with rings and such , but only after using the PoserDataGen.

3. How to use poser datagen with MO2 and where those files should be going. I know bodyslide is a bit weird with file location in MO2, so maybe the files are going to the wrong place. (Mod folders vs. Overwrite folders, etc.)

4. Gonna recheck my load order with LOOT but I can't imagine why it isn't working.

have you tried posing with this mod by creating a new game with a clean save?

Yes. The mod simply doesn't want to work for me. I don't know if there is something weird with my setup or not which is why I want to know more details about file locations and the poserdatagen. can you load you List of Instaled mods?

im just install all poser plus files in "Data" or using "mo2" and click "next" all time, so problem defenetly not in the file location

all files already in the correct location, and you dont want change them.

here is from answer from nexus, if does not help, then i cant help with this, sorry

I'm worried about doing that since it might screw up a perfectly functional setup that I have ready as a backup. But I suppose if i really want to get it working I have to try. Unfortunately I'm not going to have the time till next weekend most likely (uni stuff to do).

This 3 hkx i made in 3dsmax. All other animations from blender are optimized fine.
The optimizer I'm using just doesn't accept these 3 files. I don't know what CAO is)

But them works in SE anyway.

If you had any other poser mods (even a pre-2.0 version of PHP) there will be data baked into your save causing problems and the symptoms are similar to what you are describing (see the sticky post on the PHP nexus page).

Not sure if this is what you meant by generator program but if you meant the PoserDataEdit generator, you don't need to run that for any pose mod that already has a JSON file located in the SKSE\Plugins\PoserHotKeys\PoserData folder. That tool is for pose mods that don't come with a PHP compatible JSON file already set up and it can be used for editing them.

 

Sometimes just deleting all the FNIS output data and re-running FNIS it will fix some odd issues, just make sure to re-enable your patches in FNIS (Gender and Skeleton Arm fix and anything else you are using) before running FNIS again.

This is what I had to do to get PHP to work after updating from a pre-2.0 version:

 

1. Temporarily disable PHP and all related pose add-on mods that work with PHP. Make sure there are no left over files active from any other Poser mods as well.
2. Run FNIS and after click on the Consistence Check button. If it reports no problems, launch the game, let it idle a few minutes or run around a bit (to wait for MCM to clear the old data) and make a new save and exit.
3. Run a save cleaner like FallrimTools LE / SE and clean all Unattached Instances and Undefined Elements, save it and run the game, let it idle a few minutes again then make a new save and exit.
4. Re-enable PHP and one simple pose mod like this one to start with for testing.
5. Run FNIS and the Consistence Check again and then confirm the FNIS output data is being written to the correct folder and make sure nothing is overwriting FNIS data (in MO2 Overwrite folder etc.). Then launch the game and wait for MCM to update.
6. If you still get no pose activity using the keys, go into MCM and select Reset All Hotkeys and Settings and then re-map any keys that you want to change. Use the assigned key to turn off PHP then back on (scroll lock in my case).
7. If Poser Hotkeys Plus does not appear in MCM fairly quickly, open another mod's MCM menu then exit back to the game. This will sometimes kick MCM into updating it's menu entries a little quicker, and/or run setstage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1 from the console.
8. If you have any Hotkey mods similar to SHOT make sure there are no conflicts or duplicates. Having freecam/tfc set to the Pause key in both SHOT and Sexlab MCM at the same time broke it entirely.
