Devious Device NPC/Followers Binding Hands Animation Problem

Please help me, I already doing anything like reinstalling, make new fresh installation of the main game. But still fail.

So my problem is when I move to another cell by map teleport, all my followers or NPC which I recruit as followers with mod always not showing binding

hand animation. It works only when I give them the equipment at current location. 

 

hope you can fix this so i can travel with my followers with binding hands.
