Any idea what mod added this hud element?

As seen here, toggles with Alt+NP_Enter but I'll be buggered if I know how to use it, only other function I found is Alt+NP_8 to move selection up.    I have no clue if its an adult mod or not.

Cheers all, yup, got that as a requirement for something, now at least I can look up the binds and functionality.   Seriously running out of bloody keys on my keyboard for bindings...
