Skin pixilation and Neck seams with UNP and Fair Skin Complexion

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I've recently done a fresh install of Skyrim LE so I can change my setup and start using UNP bodies, I've gotten as far as installing a UNP body and fair skin complexion, however there's a neck seam and the body looks pixelated.

I'm also new to using MO2 and I was previously using NNM

I don't know if you have SKSE installed, if not, go ahead and download it, install it, and install it. I installed manually since so many mods use it.

Then open up notepad and type this in:

[General]
EnableDiagnostics=0
ClearInvalidRegistrations=1
[Display]
iTintTextureResolution=2048
[Memory]
defaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768
scrapHeapSizeMB=256

Then, in your Skyrim Data folder, go to, or if needed, create a folder called "SKSE" and save your new text document in there but, make sure to save it as "SKSE.ini" If you have the file already, just make sure those lines are in it. As I understand, what you really need here is the iTintTextureResolution part, it allows stuff like makeup to be higher resolution. I also use Fair Skin and this is how it looks for me:

Your textures are being overwritten or aren't deployed in game properly. The head is completely vanilla while the body has the vanilla specular texture. I don't use MO2 so I can't help you figure out the overwrite or deployment process. I would suggest researching how the virtual deployment of MO2 works, so you can troubleshoot your load order.
