I must be completely missing the point. Anyone care to explain this to me? From where I stand I thing OJ's gardener should also have been a newsworthy trial for cutting the grass after he chopped off his wife's head.

I'd have thought presenting his antics and utterances at that would amount to a perfect defence. 'Unreliable patient Your Honour!' My understanding is that it's getting some coverage in the USA, but is rather 'ho-hum' everywhere else.
