I was thinking of making a lighter tan mod that was requested before would anyone still be interested? Here is the tan mod with my Hot Arabian Nights mod right now. The lighter tan would be half as dark.

It's looking good, I like it.  If you do decide to make an even lighter tan you can probably drop them both so that players have 3 tan options.  Appreciate you taking the time for the Tan mods.

Not that I'm aware of you have male nude mods and female nude mods, but I haven't seen a futanari, although it would be possible to make as an accessory mod in the same way I turned silly glasses attachment into elf ears: https://www.nexusmods.com/talesofarise/mods/252 someone could turn an animal tail attachment into a dick attachment

Does anyone know of any neat mods that also do something for the others? Are there any edits to the school costumes for example?

While my zero suit mod replaces noble scarlet or Shionne white one, my other mods replace other outfits:

I poked around a bit in the discord and saw a mention or two, but not much traction.  Cant hurt to ask in case I missed it:  has there been any attempt to replace Aphen (or the male cast) with female models?  Such as the protag from Berseria or just a good old fashioned gender swap?  Something along the lines of these amazon Kisara body mods would be bloody amazing.
