These are voice files generated for the dialogue in SexLab Dialogues SE by @DeepBlueFrog. You can find the original LE download page here, but the SE conversion is located here. Just install the file via your mod manager.

Hold on a minute!  So I've been seeing these "voice" files for a while now and now I'm starting to think, do these files give your player or NPCs voices instead the usual silent voice?  Now I'm highly intrigued...

The file gives all lines in the mod voiced dialogue for each type of vanilla NPC. It wouldn't give modded NPCs like the ones in Interesting NPCs a voice since they use unique voices, but all vanilla ones should be covered.

when I use this addon, my game immediately ctd's before it even loads. I'm using the AE version , is it possible that your mod is not compatible ith AE?

I had very high expectations for this mod. but, suddenly got ctd after installing the voice. any alternative for fully voiced SL romance dialouge?

there's no rustleif (dawnstar blacksmith) voice when i was doing blacksmith quest
