Skyrim Special edition Crash after racemenu when try to open inventory

Hello to everyone I have installed skyrim se. But have one weird problem i have downloaded Taki Preset High Poly Head https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/43267\

and all working fine but when i open racemenu and load preset and then go to sculpt my fps droping alot but there is not crash i can load preset + head in sculpt without problem but after i close racemenu and try to open inventory my game instant freeze... Ofcurse i using mod racemenu and UIextension aswell SkyUI

This is an issue with Racemenu sculpt that I'm also experiencing, and I've seen several posts with similar problems. Unfortunately I don't think there is a known fix right now, but quicksaving after sculpting should stop the freezing after next restart of the game

 

edit: Apparently this may be a problem with AMD GPUs
