Ever wanted to kill Nazeem middle in the crowd ?

I still got this shiv....from the jail. Little sharpened and enchanted.

 

Kill without getting bounty or being attcked by guards any NPC (incl. guards) as long they are not set to essential.

Essentials just do not die.

Almost always one hit dead, if sneaking for sure.

Only player can use it, it's craftable with a steel ingot, esp-fe flagged.

Rate to play kill action should be close to 100 %, in sneak, otherwise..., you need to get used to this shiv.
