I still got this shiv....from the jail. Little sharpened and enchanted.

Kill without getting bounty or being attcked by guards any NPC (incl. guards) as long they are not set to essential.
Essentials just do not die.
Almost always one hit dead, if sneaking for sure.
Only player can use it, it's craftable with a steel ingot, esp-fe flagged.
Rate to play kill action should be close to 100 %, in sneak, otherwise..., you need to get used to this shiv.

History
went to the temple of Dibella, had some business to do there.
Saw those sort of sink near the entrance and took the chance to wash off the blood on my shiv.
....now this knive got a really strange effect.
All nearby females get impressed by those perfect kills and cannot get it out of their mind for a while.
They become really excited ...and horny.
