Did they change the First Person Mode?

Hey, i noticed that they Changee the PoV mode so that your Sim is looking where ever you move your cursor?
can i somehow disable that? 
Usually it was that you coule look everywhere without the sim moving its head and with the CTRL Key you coud snap back to where you sim is looking. Animations are getting really jittery und clipping with this new PoV :(

It's a game bug they haven't fixed yet.

So it causes problems with WW first person camera mode during animations.

just shift+tab 
but   cottage living update have bug something first person camera mode
