Guest Posted July 29, 2021 Posted July 29, 2021 Don't know if you saw the post of updated modding tools for Mass Effect 2 and 3 and Remastered on Nexus. Looks like the tools are a new version of the old tools made by the original modders. I am still without a working PC, so I cannot do much right now. But the new PC will arrive one day. I was thinking to get the Remastered edition and re-do the old mods of the Citadel I did years ago. What do you think?

Guest Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 Looks like I have to re-buy the game full price. And from what I saw, the tool is the same tool I used years ago, just with a new UI. Right now my PC is dead, so I have other priorities.

I have been looking for a year to upgrade.

If you've used the old tools and the old mods, you won't be seeing anything new. 3. If you haven't, you'll get similar content for some things, but not all. Several prominent modders have already stated they have no intention of remaking their old content. Other modders may step up but nothing is certain.
Guest Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 Was just a thought. But really it seems to be no new modding possibility. So just the old FOV meshes and textures replacement. Animation replacement also, but not new animations added. Quest parameters changed but not able to do new quests. @fishburger67 I ended up getting a full new rig with a very good card. Little bit overpriced but not extremely overpriced. But it got lost by the carrier so I am still without a working computer.
