Your skeleton is outdated. It should read as followed: female: XPMS2HDT (126 bones)   male: XPMS2HDT (126 bones).

It also seems there's an installation problem with Vortex. Are you sure you've installed the animation packs correctly?

1) how do i get an up to date skeleton?
2) how do i fix the installation problem with vortex
3) what is the correct way to install animation packs? i installed via dropping the zip file into the "downloads" page where is says "Drop URL(s) or File(s)

Here. You need version 4.80.

As for the Vortex problems, I can't help you there as I don't use it. But FNIS not reading animations is an indication for a bad install. I'm sure someone else is able to help you in that regard.

i literally have that exact version, i think fnis is just not reading my mods, ill try to figure out how to fix that, thanks for the help

this is a far shot, but it looks like you could fix the problem with installing fnis manually

the installation is missing some files and it might be a common vortex problem, maybe there is a fix on nexus for it

to avoid those problems you should try and use Mod Organizer.

looks a bit more complicated, but it is better when using mods from LL

The problem is plainly stated there - twice. At the very least you could have done a search using one of those lines. It also helps if you learn how to use your mod manager of choice.

All of this is complete nonsense.

Open Vortex and you should see this tab but without the six programs I have there.

Click on 'Add Tools' and navigate to:

Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

That shouild get you a FNIS button like mine. This is where you run FNIS from.
