sarasmall4 Posted July 7, 2021 Posted July 7, 2021 I've already tried the ww.fix command, uninstalling all other mods, making sure everything is up to date and WW still doesn't work. I can change the setting in game but it keeps telling me the animations wouldn't load.

I can change the setting in game but it keeps telling me the animations wouldn't load. When you load your game into your active household do you get the purple Wicked Notification at the top right? It should also include how many animations are loaded in the note. You have all your downloaded animations extracted into .package files? No zip, rar, or other compressed files are allowed in your Mods folder as it can break your save. I make a new folder in Mods named Wicked Animations and put all of them in one place.

Either the game isn't loading the animations or Wicked isn't. Start your game to the part where you see your mods list pop up in the center. Examine it to see if it has the WW Animations in the list. If yes then the game is loading them but Wicked isn't seeing them. If no then the game it isn't loading them for some reason. Look for your WickedWhimsInfoLog.log in your TS4 folder and upload it here. Use the white Paperclip below or choose files. Look in your saves for the WickedWhimsMod folder and delete it. Then also delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder. I'd also suggest you remove Wicked Whims and get a new copy to install. https://wickedwhimsmod.com/download/

I know when I first updated WW from 163 to 165 I had the same issue more or less. In the WW settings I looked at the Disable Animations Menu and they were all blank. That major update had changed the way data is stored and loaded and I think it was having trouble importing and converting everything over to the new system. I could still select most of them in game but many were missing. My other problem was I had tons of animations disabled before and the update pretty much ignored them. So when the animation would run I'd Shift+Click on a Sim and Disable Animation because I couldn't see them in the Menu to disable them there. A later WW update fixed it for the most part. Usually I just set WW Autonomy Intensity to Extreme and let the mod do it's thing since I don't use manual much anyway. After some time now everything seems to be showing up and working.

So pick one or the other please. WW_Azmodan22_Animations_Normal.package, WW_Azmodan22_Animations_Platinum_Normal.package, WW_Azmodan22_Animations_Platinum_Rough.package, WW_Azmodan22_Animations_Rough.package, Well your WW log file shows animations listed so it must be seeing them at least. But I also noticed too much sims data being loading and changing and never gets to the sims picking sex pairs. If your getting errors... I'd remove everything except WW + Animations and Simdulgence Real Gens Penis. Then delete your localthumbcache.pkg Retest in game but don't make any new saves just exit. Something strange is going on with WW for sure. WW Settings Help.txt
