Skyrim Special Edition light modpack, cannot fast travel

I created a light modpack for skyrim just to get a taste of modded Skyrim but for some reason I cannot fast travel, everytime I try it says Cannot fast travel from this location.

Have you tried the console command to teleport to a town, e.g. coc whiterun, coc riverwood, and then try fast travel again?

Which locations have you tried FTing from?

 

Are you over encumbered?

 

Are you playing in Survival Mode?

OMG, thank you so much, I didn't know Survival Mode was a thing, I've been playing normal Skyrim and got the special edition just now cause I heard it has better mods, thank you very much.

Is there any mode that allows fast travelling in survival mode though? I quite enjoy having hunger and thirst and so on.

Just use realistic needs. Every Mod is better then Bethesda's excuse of a last minute feature

Neither did I. I found out by doing a quick search for Skyrim fast travel. I looked at the hit from the uespwiki and it mentioned Survival Mode. The whole thing probably took 2 minutes.
